1. Smart Mistri Description
Smart Mistri is a doorstep repair and service of home appliances that also include home maintenance services. 2. Service Booking
Booking a service can be made using any of the following channels, i.e phone, email, or website. The confirmation of the booking is subject to the availability of the technician and the service address. Information about the appliance, address, and contact details must be accurately conveyed by the customer to us.3. Inspection & Charges
Inspection charges may apply and the customer/ client will be informed beforehand. The ultimate cost of the repair will be based on the extent of the damages, the spare parts required, and the labor. The prices of services can dynamically change depending on the brand, model, and issue of the appliance.4. Payment Terms
Unless a different agreement has been made, the payment is to be made only after the mass service. At the time of service, we accept cash, online payment, or any other method as communicated to you. If the service is successfully done, no refund will be provided.5. Warranty on Service
Warranty (if any) covers only the replaced spare parts and a limited service work. The warranty will not cover physical damage, misuse, power fluctuations, or recurrence of the fault due to the same reasons. The warranty duration and conditions will be conveyed to the customer at the time of delivery.6. Cancellation Policy
It is possible for the customers to cancel or reschedule a service before the technician is sent to their location. Should the technician already be dispatched and your cancellation is), then, you may be charged a visit or an inspection fee.7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer guarantees safe access to the appliance and the service area. The owner of the appliance that is to be serviced should remove their personal articles from around the appliance. Pre-existing damages to which we do not hold the owner of the appliance.8. Limitation of Liability
Smart Mistri will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen events.9. Intellectual Property
All information here, including but not limited to text, logos, images, and designs, are copyright to Smart Mistri and should not be reproduced without our prior written consent.10. Privacy
Personal information provided by customers to us will be handled with care as per our Privacy Policy and will not be abused or disclosed to unauthorized parties.11. Changes to Terms
Smart Mistri has the absolute right to change or amend these Terms & Conditions without any prior notice. Posting updated terms on the website shall serve as the immediate notice to customers.12. Governing Law
